Hey... dude... remember how you went to sleep three hours ago? What's the deal with being awake now? And how come you can't get back to sleep? Of course, you wouldn't be in this situation if you'd just slept longer than three hours. You didn't get home from work until after 9 and you have to go back to work at 6:30, so what gives?
