Some Kind of Trick

I heard on WTOP News this morning that there is a dentist handing out toothbrushes instead of candy this Halloween. WHAT IS THIS, SOME KIND OF TRICK!? Let me explain to you what I meant by Trick or Treat... You're a doctor... surely you can grasp the concept of kids getting candy on one day out of the year.
