I went to the Wizzards game tonight. As Vince Carter set up for a foul shot and people behind the boards started banging together tubes, I thought, "Imagine if everyone's work was like that."
Imagine if people sat around in arena seating and cheered you on as you closed a deal. Imagine if people boo'd when you missed with an important presentation. Imagine if when you were concentrating on putting together that really important proposal, people, sitting in mass around your desk, started banging tubes together, blowing air horns, and taunting you by chanting your name.
