Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride (or Cipro for short) is used to combat many infections; one of which is inhallation anthrax. One of the side effects is "Abnormal dread or fear". Ironically, you don't know if you're experiencing a side effect or coming to terms with the fact that you've been exposed to anthrax when taking it.
