Am I the only one that finds it ridiculous that people in Emril's audience cheer and clap when he does stuff like put on parmesean cheese? "Woohoo! Yeah! He's putting the crab meat in the mushroom! Wooooooo!" What genius doesn't know he's going to sprinkle the cheese on top of the other ingredients when it's the only thing left?
