I Love the City More Than I Love You

Today I paid $1.65 for a 12 oz. can of cream soda. I paid $7 for a bag of chips and a chicken salad sandwich. I paid $3 for a cup of coffee, a doughnut and a bottle of water for my dad. I paid $5.35 for a second cup of coffee. And you know what? I don't even care because I get to see the city every day of the work week. If I weren't me, I'd envy me.
