Tampax Strikes Back

The latest Tampax commercial involves three girls sunbathing. One walks up to the other two who are already laying in the sun. A conversation similar to the following transpires. "You're on your period and you're wearing a bikini?" one asks. "Yeah!" chimes in the other. "Aren't you tired?" Now, lacking the proper equipment, I've never experienced anything of the menstrual persuasion, so perhaps one of my female readers can explain to me the correlation between being tired and not wearing a bikini?
