All Day Meeting

I was in a meeting yesterday from around 9AM to 9PM. Here are some of the stories related to that: Kevin: Well, Santoni wants us to keep Matt off the market until he can get his budget together. *Pause.* Me: Is that a metaphore? ========================= *Art's Nokia phone rings.* Me: Art, you still have that Nokia phone? Pete: Hey, Art, the 80's called. They want their phone back. ========================= Daryl: Hey, if I put something on disk, can you pull it up on your computer? Me: Yeah, if it's the right format like a doc, excel, or graphic. Daryl: So I could give you something to put on your computer? Me: Yeah. Well... what kind of disk are you using? Daryl: Just a regular one. Me: You have a burner on that laptop? Daryl: No, just floppy. Me: *laughing* Mac doesn't put floppy drives on their computers anymore. *Pause.* Me: Hey, Daryl, the 90's e-mailed. They want their disks back.
