Waste of Space

I've recently noticed that some folks feel perfectly comfortable walking into a movie theater with the XXXL Double Vat Tub of popcorn and only eating half an inch off the top before saving the rest to toss in the trash can on the way out, but the same folks will leave a tub of butter in the refridgerator until they're able to scrape off every last drop of lardy goodness with a crust of bread to the point that they could reuse the tub to store something else without rinsing it out first. I believe these are the same people that will leave a tube of toilet paper on the dispenser because there's 3/4 of one square of toilet paper left and somebody may come use it. Oh, they're going to use a brand new roll of toilet paper that will either be kept on the top of the toilet tank or on the counter next to the toilet, but someone -- someone -- just might use that 3/4 of a sheet. Afterall, one mustn't be wasteful.
